Alias Middleton is the best employee Navy Federal has. He listened to my problem and fixed it immediately. I've been trying to become a member for quite sometime with unnecessary delays to say the least. I made several visits and phone calls, just to be given an apology and another wait time. With one visit with Mr. Alias he was able to open my account and provide valuable information that will certainly help me in the future. Thank you sir! Navy federal doing away with same day up to 225 deposit from checks from different banks has officially made me consider going to a different bank all together navy federal use to truly pay 2 days early but it’s more like a day. They have lost me

I’ve had previous good experiences here, but I came just before 5 on Friday and the both parking lots were full, people were idling in front of parked cars, and the drive-thru line for the teller was horrendous. I got in line at 4:50 and by the time it was 5 I was stuck and the teller wasn’t taking anymore people. I finally was able to park and use their incredibly slow ATMs. Starting to regret my decision to switch from Bank of America!

The bank is wonderful but there's always such a hassle at this location in terms of parking. I always have anxiety just thinking about going to this location. But I'm telling you, once you get past the parking and long lines to get your banking business done, the staff is as sweet as can be and very helpful.

They don’t have drive thru service and it’s always crowded no where to park and the lines in side are crazy long and they just added a second drive up ATM

I came on a tuesday Morning right when they opened. Only had to wait about 5 minutes. Mr. Alias came & greeted me with the upmost respect. He noticed I had a slight cough & was overheating in my hood so he gave me his last mint & cough drop all while powering on his personal fan & turning it my way. He got me in & out in under 5 minutes also (but who’s counting? ME). Which made me feel as though he was considerate of my time. Mr. Alias is the most compassionate & swiftest bank associate i have ever encountered. As long as he is working at this Navy Federal this will be my go to.

I must say that my experience here at this location is always great. Inside and out. Today I came inside to get a new card and when I say my card was ready in less than 3 minutes. That's amazing. It's very busy but the staff are pleasant and swift. Thank you. Oh and I've been a member since 2010. Great job
