The remodel looks like & I've always found the staff to be helpful and friendly, albeit the prices are usually astronomically high. This review is about this location specifically. I came into the store today and had to use the restroom right away and the conditions of the women's bathroom were unacceptable. Every stall had an issue. 1 out of toilet paper, the 2nd was in disarray with long strands of toilet paper lining the entire seat. I felt a bit more relieved by the time I got to the 3rd stall because at least it had TP & a decent looking toilet, I came to find that the tissue paper-like seat liners were messily falling out of it's container and there were no coat/bag hooks on the back of the door 🤬 women especially need hooks! It isn't convenient to have to hold your bag (mine is rather large) while using the toilet at the same time. Please take better care of your facilities.

Shop the prices online before going into the store. You will likely save money.

HP printer cartridges are cheaper on their website. I saved $7 (!!) by showing the clerk their online price. Funny that he had to press competitor price match override to give me their price listed online. Seems very deceptive to me.

Print department is horrible and looked at me like they didn't have time to help me. I went to FedEx and they will have what I was trying to get done at your store. They took time!

The print shop here is the best. I have worked with Jordan multiple times and he has been very helpful! He has gone out of his way to get me my orders quickly. He has earned my business, and is the reason I keep returning.

I have also called and talked to Brian, and he has been pleasant and willing to help.

I went in to make ONE copy of one piece of paper. Their printer paper is like tissue paper. So I asked if they had thicker, better paper. I was told they DO have thicker paper, but that it would take a day for them to make one copy of one sheet!!!! How about you put the paper in the self-service machine and let me do it myself?

I had the best experience at Office Max. The staff continues to impress me with their knowledge of not only what’s in front of me, but also what is available that I’m not aware of. Always thinking ahead! Truly experts in what they do/offer. I had an idea of displaying banners in an ice arena. The “print guy” took my idea and created the perfect banners. Everything turned out great, we’ve received nothing but compliments on how nice they look. Truly grateful.

I had a positive experience ordering two computer monitors online after Black Friday weekend. I was able to arrange curbside pickup and I just showed up, responded that I was outside on the app, and in about 2 minutes the dude was out there with my two monitors and put them in the back of my car. This was after having ordered them the previous evening. A very good price and a very positive experience

Honest Review

Wow! The store associate’s totally stood around paying no attention, while a guy was clearly opening packages and pocketing item’s. Even the teenagers noticed! Get what you pay for wage’s apparently! No wonder why your price’s are so high.
