Eddie is amazing! By far the BEST experience I’ve had with a tax company. From scheduling my appointment, to the excellent customer service, I really learned so much about my tax returns this year. Every company offers you the “maximum return”, but Eddie the owner truly took care of my situation down to every detail. The experience was overall very professional and reassuring at how legitimate this business is. It also helps that the office is absolutely beautiful and huge. Me & my mother filed our taxes months ago with Eddie. We’ve called (no one has answered once) left voicemails, messaged him on Instagram & have even showed up in person to the office multiple times on different days & hours they’re supposedly suppose to be open (even though it’s not tax season anymore they haven’t been open one time we’ve visited). I have not received any sort of acknowledgement or communication. Regardless of the reason for not receiving my tax return, this man does NOT communicate at all & has completely ignored us. I do not understand one bit & have NEVER had this issue with any other tax consultant.

I can honestly say this is the place to go. I called Eddie before going to him and Iasked him a million and one questions and he answered them all over the phone with no hesitations or any deep breaths. He had an answer without thinking. He even shows you what can be claimed and not that way you dont get into anytrouble. He gained a new customer wish i would of gone to him before. Oh and if you get off work late not a problem hes there till midnight also wish i knew that a few days ago but atleast im happy with my results.
